RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICIES
All returns will be processed as either a merchandise credit or as a refund to the original form of payment.
- Gift Cards, Cash Purchases and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- To ensure that you will receive a refund for returned items, all products must be in original resalable condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached.
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please review the “Returning a Damaged or Incorrect Item” section at the bottom of this page for instructions.
- Items returned within 30 days of shipping are eligible for either a merchandise credit or a refund.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if an item is determined incorrect or damaged, we will issue a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost of returning the item to us, and if available a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.
- To return an item, please mail it back to us at the below address and be sure to include a Returned Form. You can download and print a return form here.
- We will process your merchandise credit or refund and notify you via email within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned items.
- Please review the “Returns & Exchanges Policies” section at the top of this page before sending items back to us.
Due to fluctuating inventory, seasonal items, system limitations, and differing item prices and shipping charges, we cannot offer exchange requests at this time. Instead, it is best to first place a new order for the item(s) you prefer and then return the originally purchased item(s) to us for a refund.
- Please review both the “Returns & Exchanges Policies” section and the “Returns” section above before sending items back to us.
Returning a Damaged or Incorrect Item
- Please open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Please notify us via our contact page within 14 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your items and our Customer Care team will assist you in the return process for these items. We cannot replace damaged or incorrect items outside of this time frame or items that have been worn or laundered.
- If an item is determined incorrect or damaged, we will issue a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost of returning the item to us, and if available a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge. We are unable to reimburse shipping cost for any incorrect or damaged items that are shipped back to us without a prepaid shipping label issued by us, so it is important to contact us before shipping any damaged items back to us.
Should you return your package to us via a shipment refusal, there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Holiday Returns & Exchanges
All items purchased between November 24 and December 24 that are unworn and unaltered qualify for our extended holiday returns & exchanges period. These items may be returned for a refund through January 15 or 30 days after purchase, whichever is later. Please allow 5-7 business days for return mail. Please be sure to review the above policies regarding returns and exchanges before sending items back to us.

* Please save your tracking number when shipping items back to us, as we cannot issue refunds for an item that are lost by the post office or do not make it to us for any other reason.
